One Year Four Phase Program

1. Phase 1 Home.  Residents of this home follow a strict adherance to the program schedule.  These residents are suoevised in all aspects of the program.  At this stage there is no free time away from the program.  (2 months)
2. Phase 2 Home.  Each resident is required to maintain daytime employment.  At this stage each rsident is required to help with cost of the home. Curfew is 8pm every evening.(4 months)
3. Phase 3 Home.  These residents must maintain employment or have a source of income.  Each resident is required to help with cost of the home.  10 pm curfew.  (3 months)
4. Phase 4 home.  These are graduates of the 9 month program that stay on for transition purposes.  We allow them to take as much time as is necessary for ttransitioning to thier own housing.  Some stay one mopnth some stay several months.  10 pm curfew.
5. Staff Housing.  Many graduates stay on as interns.  They provide a much needed supervisory role for many aspects of the program.  They are provided with private room and small monetary allowance.

Recovery Process

RECONCILED TO GOD

    True and lasting recovery does take place when God is involved.  We, the Church Community, have been given the Ministry of Reconciliation.  As a Program we use God's love and God's grace to reach and help the addict.  Most of these individual's have lived the Christian life then drifted away.  As we offer God's love to them, most are quick to respond positively toward recovery.  God's love builds a stronger self-esteem, a disciplined life and Hope for a good future.

RECOVERY FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE

    Professional counseling.  Programs like Celebrate Recovery, Keys to Life and Life Skills are vital parts of the Recovery effort.  Bible and Recovery classes each morning coupled with classes every evening confront these individuals with valuble information that will promote positive change.  We place much emphasis on the Renewing of the Mind for positive change and a stronger self esteem.

RE-ENTER THE WORKPLACE

    For most men this has proven to us that becoming productive in the workplace is essential for their self worth.  Another positive aspect is that each working individual helps to provide for the operation of the program.  At this point each person is able to be responsible for his own personal necessities. 

RE-ESTABLISH RELATIONSHIPS

    In most cases a substance abuse problem tears down relationships.  We promote family involvement in the recovery process.  We are seeing marriages restored, children reunited to parents, as well as fathers back in touch  with sons and daughters.
